About the Role

The Patient Care Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination between dental care providers, patients, and insurance companies. This position is responsible for managing insurance claims, verifying patient coverage, and facilitating timely reimbursements to support the financial health of the dental practice. The coordinator acts as a liaison to resolve insurance-related issues, helping patients understand their benefits and coverage limitations. By maintaining accurate records and staying current with insurance policies and regulations, the coordinator ensures compliance and optimizes revenue cycle management. Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in dental insurance coordination or medical billing.
