Job summary

Integrity is seeking an Agent Licensing & Contracting Coordinator in Saint Albans, WV. The role ensures contracts initiated by agents and sales directors are executed smoothly, with onsite work from 8 AM to 5 PM ET, including a one-hour lunch.

Remote work is not available; commuting options exist for Charleston and Huntington residents. The coordinator will manage the contract lifecycle, maintain relationships with agents, ensure compliance with contracting rules, and verify payment-related

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 2+ administrative experience preferred; 1+ contracting/insurance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with basic computer functions is required.
• Prior experience with data collection, research and analysis strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from Insurance contract request, maintaining, and up until contract termination.
• Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and agencies ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs proactively.
• Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to contracting regulations, procedures, source selection criteria, and procurement laws.
• Financial: To ensure levels are entered and assigned correctly for payment.
