Job summary

The Juris Agency in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our full-time team with hybrid work options. Primary duties include managing and servicing commercial lines accounts, providing account management, and delivering strong customer service for insureds.

The role requires an OH P&C license, at least five years of Commercial Lines client support, and solid communication and organizational skills. Hybrid schedule and competitive benefits are available.

Responsibilities

• Marketing New/Renewal Business: gather information, complete applications in AMS360, create submissions, send to carriers, monitor renewal or new business process.
• Quotes/Proposals: review quotes for accuracy and prepare proposals for insured meetings.
• Binding: ensure all coverages are bound as requested, send binders, ID cards and certificates.
• Service Book of Business: respond to email, mail, and phone requests.
• Process Change Requests and Endorsements.
• Audit: processing and disputes.
• Claims: take calls from clients for new claims and submit to in-house claims manager for processing.
• Invoicing agency/direct billed items.
• Maintaining client electronic files using agency procedures and standards.
• Certificates of Insurance.

The role is primarily based in our Blue Ash, OH office with the availability for a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Marketing New/Renewal Business: Gathering information as needed, completing applications in the Management System (AMS360), creating a submission, sending out to carriers and monitoring the renewal or new business process.
• Quotes/Proposals: Reviewing quotes for accuracy and preparing the proposal for the meeting with the insured.
