Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Associate Account Manager in Troy, MI to support a First Call Resolution team. You will handle insurance and billing questions, process client requests, and escalate complex items to leadership to protect and grow a Personal Lines book of business.

Key duties include triaging client needs, educating clients on basic property and casualty concepts, and maintaining strong client relationships while following agency standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Property/Casualty license required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Proficient with MS Office and EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Professionally answers phones and handles callbacks promptly.
• Handles billing questions and basic policy inquiries from clients.
• Escalates complex issues to Team Lead or Producer as needed.
• Maintains relationships with clients to ensure service needs are met.
• Explains basic insurance concepts and refers complex questions to specialists.
• Identifies cross-sell and referral opportunities for the team.
