Job summary

HUB International is hiring an Associate Account Manager for the First Call Resolution Team. You will support clients with insurance, billing, and admin questions, processing requests, and escalating complex items. Maintain relationships and provide timely, accurate communication.

High school diploma required; property/casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days. Prior customer service experience preferred; familiarity with EPIC and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Property/Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Financial services/insurance background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and handle callbacks promptly.
• Address billing questions and basic policy inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to Team Lead or Producer as needed.
• Build and maintain client relationships to support book of business.
• Communicate clearly in verbal and written form to clients.
