Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a friendly, capable front desk professional to greet clients in person and over the phone in North Adams or Pittsfield, MA.

You'll handle calls, process policy changes with Account Managers, and provide timely information while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor. A high school diploma and willingness to learn are required; there is a Mon-Fri schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn insurance procedures and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Forward calls to appropriate department.
• Log call details in the agency management system.
• Provide product or policy information as needed.
• Back up front desk during lunches and vacations.
• Take payments and post them on company systems.
• Follow scripts or workflows and escalate complex issues.
• Notify customers of status updates and confirmations.
• Assist Account Managers and other processors as needed.
• Perform general tasks to keep systems clean and updated.
