Job summary

PineBridge Investments, a MetLife Investment Management company, seeks an Analyst, Insurance Relationship Manager in Whippany, NJ. This client-facing role supports Insurance GCG, coordinating across Public Fixed Income, Private Fixed Income Real Estate, Alternatives and insurance asset management teams.

You will quarterback deliverables, maintain CRM records, and help with new business and cross-selling while building strong internal and external relationships. Hybrid work arrangement expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years investment management industry experience required.
• Client service experience servicing large institutional clients; will consider related experience.
• Experience with equity, fixed income strategies and alternatives strategies.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses would be an advantage.
• Strong written and oral communication, presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• CRM database experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support lead relationship managers on insurance client relationships; high-touch clients with complex needs.
• Day-to-day contact to facilitate clients’ servicing needs; keep Senior Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers informed.
• Coordinate servicing needs with internal constituencies; onboarding and reporting deliverables.
• Coordinate and participate in client and prospect meetings; act as a quarterback with internal teams.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders including investment teams and operations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support new business and cross-selling.
• Participate in team projects to enhance processes; work with Insurance Client Team on events as needed.
