The Baldwin Group is seeking a Client Relations Analyst to join our frontline service team. You will be the first contact for current clients, handling calls about payments, policy changes, and service needs with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, and there is opportunity to recognize revenue opportunities and enhance client retention. The role requires navigating multiple systems, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting a dynamic

Competenze

• Active P&C license required or ability to obtain within 90 days (company-supported).
• Customer service or call center experience desirable.
• Strong verbal communication and multitasking abilities.

• Handle inbound client calls regarding payments, policy changes, and service needs.
