Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Client Relations Analyst to be the frontline contact for current clients. The role emphasizes friendly, confident phone conversations, multitasking across multiple systems, and an entrepreneurial, sales-minded approach to identify opportunities to retain clients.

Requirements include 1 year of insurance experience, an active P&C license (with company support to obtain state licenses within 90 days), and strong communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1 year of insurance experience required.
• Active Personal Lines license required; ability to obtain state licenses within 90 days (company-supported).
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound client calls regarding payments, cancellations, policy changes, coverage questions and general service needs.
• Maintain calm, confident, and friendly communication while multitasking across several systems.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and support revenue retention by recognizing unmet needs or coverage gaps.
• Address concerns, overcome objections, and present solutions or alternatives.
• Enter accurate information and process updates in real time during client calls.
• Process endorsements, audits, and other policy modifications.
