Job summary

Clyde & Co US LLP is seeking a Client Operations Manager to serve as the primary operational contact for the Top Insurance Client Programme. You will oversee service delivery, governance, client reporting and contractual compliance across regions and practice areas, coordinating with client stakeholders and internal teams.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage operational issues, and support new business opportunities and onboarding activities, ensuring a high standard of client service

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and implementing client contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned clients within the Top Insurance Client Programme and oversee day-to-day operational delivery.
• Oversee contractual commitments, service levels, reporting obligations and governance activities across regions.
• Support contract renewals, onboarding activities and client changes with operational input and cost awareness.
• Lead client reporting, governance meetings and data quality initiatives.
