• Prior client-facing experience in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Address client inquiries regarding policy changes, billing, and coverage updates with clarity and care.
• Review existing policies to ensure clients have protection that fits their life circumstances.
• Process incoming payments and manage administrative updates to account records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
• Identify coverage gaps and proactively suggest solutions for better peace of mind.
• Maintain organized documentation to keep office operations running smoothly.
