Brian Van De Hey Insurance in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team and help clients with inquiries, policy updates, and claim questions. You’ll deliver friendly, accurate service to support our trusted client relationships.

Base pay starts at $20/hr for inexperienced applicants and can reach up to $30/hr for experienced candidates, with bonus opportunities. Office hours are Mon-Thu 8:30am-4:30pm and Fri 8:30am-12:30pm.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required within 12 months.
• Prior insurance experience preferred.
• Organizational skills and time management.
• Detail-oriented with data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Client assistance: provide top-notch service to inquiries and policy questions.
• Claim processing: guide clients through filing and updates.
• Policy management: amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
