• Clear, empathetic communication with clients in person or over the phone.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple client requests.
• Associate degree or higher, or equivalent professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Process routine policy updates, billing inquiries, and certificates of insurance accurately.
