Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
• Develop new service opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service including inquiries on insurance options and billing.
• Use needs-based review to educate clients about insurance options.
• Develop quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop networking relationships and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Remain current in product changes, licensing, and continuing education.
