Job summary

Allied Universal Compliance and Investigation Services is hiring a Surveillance Investigator to perform discreet mobile and stationary surveillance of a claimant to support the administration of an insurance claim.

Responsibilities include conducting independent investigations across coverage types, documenting observations clearly, coordinating with other investigators and law enforcement, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Post offer, must complete training/orientation
• Minimum of one year investigative or protective service experience
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends/holidays
• Ability to type reports in Microsoft Word with few errors
• Proficient with laptops, video cameras and cell phones
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus under pressure

• Conduct independent investigations of insurance claims across a range of coverage types
• Utilize surveillance techniques and equipment to monitor subjects covertly
• Document and report observations and relevant information clearly
• Collaborate with other investigators and law enforcement as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards
