Allied Universal is hiring a Surveillance Investigator to perform discreet mobile and stationary surveillance to confirm activities for insurance claim administration. The role requires independent work and meticulous reporting.

Responsibilities include conducting investigations across workers’ compensation, general liability, and property and casualty claims, using various surveillance techniques and coordinating with other investigators as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successfully complete training/orientation course.
• Minimum of one year investigative experience.
• Flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to type reports in Microsoft Word with minimal errors.
• Proficient in utilizing laptop computers, video cameras and cell phones.
• Capable of independent work in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent investigations of insurance claims across multiple coverage types.
• Utilize surveillance techniques and equipment to monitor subjects covertly.
• Document observations and report findings clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with investigators and law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
