Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a Follow Up Specialist to ensure timely and accurate insurance claim payments. You will analyze account activity, investigate denials, and work with payers and internal teams to resolve issues and expedite reimbursements.

You will review EOBs, communicate to resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with billing, coding, and clinical staff to gather necessary documentation. Join a mission-focused team delivering high-quality revenue cycle support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical billing or revenue cycle.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD coding and medical terminology.
• Experience with EHRs and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on assigned insurance claims for timely payment.
• Review EOBs and remittance advice for accuracy.
• Contact insurance payers to resolve issues.
• Identify and appeal denied/underpaid claims.
• Collaborate with billing, coding, and clinical staff for documentation.
• Update patient accounts with follow-up actions.
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Meet team productivity and quality goals.
