Responsibilities

• Review claim and policy information to determine policy obligations.
• Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses, physicians, attorneys and others to obtain information.
• Inspect or arrange appraisal of property losses as needed.
• Evaluate facts to determine liability and company obligations.
• Prepare investigation and settlement reports.
• Establish reserves within authority and discuss changes with Team Leader.
