Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 3–6 months related experience.
• Familiarity with insurance terms and claims handling; telemarketing or call center skills a plus.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence.
• Strong verbal communication; present information to customers and staff.
• Spanish speaking ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned cases to determine insurance coverage and liability.
• Correspond with insurance adjuster and clients.
• Schedule recorded statements when needed.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
