Job summary

Hudson Automotive Group is seeking an Insurance Claims Representative to serve as the primary liaison between insurance carriers, third-party administrators, legal counsel, dealership personnel, and internal teams. You will ensure claims are investigated, documented, and resolved efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of experience with insurance claims handling for national carriers and a proven track record of coordinating across multiple parties.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience with insurance claims handling for nationally recognized carriers.
• Experience reviewing and coordinating insurance claims involving property damage, general liability, Auto/Liability/Property preferred.
• Track record of serving as the primary point of contact between carriers, adjusters, TPAs, legal counsel, and leadership.

• Review and coordinate insurance claims between carriers, adjusters, and dealership teams.
• Investigate, document, and resolve claims in a timely manner.
• Monitor claims lifecycle to ensure efficient resolution and compliance.
