Triton CMS for Programs is looking for a detail-oriented Payables Associate in Alpharetta, Georgia. You will manage claim payments, correspondence with clients, agents, and claimants, and perform various clerical tasks with excellent organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in MS Office. This full-time hybrid position offers a competitive compensation package including health benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or related role.
• Working knowledge of the insurance industry and federal/state regulations.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Upload documents to claim system.
• Input notes to claim files and process payments.
• Draft correspondence to insured, agents, and claimants.
• Make calls to claimants and/or attorneys for information.
• Request/send medical records and documentation.
• Prepare loss runs and statistical recovery reports.
