• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems; familiarity with Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.
• Effective communicator with good customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in asking questions.
• Comfortable talking on the phone; approximately 25% of time on calls.
• Available to work full time (38.75 hours/week) in West Des Moines, IA during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist with non-storm and storm projects as needed.
• Lead coverage reviews and total loss paperwork.
• Follow up on claims and learn Claims best practices and processes.
• Help manage claims and assist customers during storm season.
