Qualifications

• Be a current full-time college student enrolled in classes.
• Completion of one year of college is highly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills – including strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in-person from our Home Office located in West Des Moines, IA.
• Must thrive in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Inside CAT Team task management
• Monitor and report on key metrics, including claim rep inventory, inbound and outbound calls, and email counts
• Assist with email monitoring and claim reassignment
• Upload prior claims and endorsements in our company system
• Delegate I/A reviews
• Other projects as assigned
