Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to confirm claim receipt.
• Obtain payment and estimated payment date within 90 days.
• Work on correspondence weekly to resolve pending accounts.
• Ensure all EDI information is accurate and updated.
• Answer inquiries within 48 hours to maximize reimbursement.
• Work denials from assigned Remittance Advices weekly.
• Document actions taken on encounters promptly.
