Qualifications

• Ability to enter data accurately from multiple sources.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and review claim files to identify data points.
• Review weekly and monthly reports to monitor status and data entry.
• Enter information into the claim management system and other IT platforms.
• Collaborate with Coverys Claims and IT teams as needed.
• Observe litigation events such as depositions, mediations, trials.
• Shadow Claim Consultants to learn day-to-day handling of files.
