Job summary

26North, a New York-based investment platform, seeks an organized Associate to join the Business Development team. You will provide sales support across insurance capital formation efforts, build investor materials, and coordinate cross-functionally to enable senior capital raisers to focus on relationships.

The role requires familiarity with CRM systems, PowerPoint, Excel, and a proactive, fast-paced mindset. Compensation includes base salary and discretionary bonus with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales support or business development experience in alternative investments.
• Experience as an internal wholesaler or in a comparable sales desk role.
• Experience covering or supporting insurance investors, or related asset managers, is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; CRM experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Track insurance leads, prospects, and fundraising opportunities in the firm’s CRM.
• Build targeted lists of CIOs, portfolio managers, and insurance allocators.
• Produce regular pipeline and activity reports for leadership.
• Build and tailor investor decks, one-pagers, and presentations for insurance strategies.
• Route materials through legal/compliance review; maintain library of approved content.
• Assist with RFPs, DDQs, and data requests for insurance investment committees.
