Job summary

26North is seeking an entrepreneurial Associate/Senior Associate to support its Private Equity platform, focusing on co-investments and capital formation. You will work with the deal, BD, and investment teams to source, diligence, and syndicate opportunities to institutional investors.

The role requires 3–6+ years in PE or co-investment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in private equity, co-investment, or related deal underwriting roles.
• Experience overseeing diligence through final close and syndication processes.
• Basic LBO modeling, financial drivers, and third-party diligence workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support co-investment syndication end-to-end with deal and BD teams.
• Prepare institutional-quality transaction overviews and marketing materials.
• Manage co-investor relationships and diligence from screen to portfolio updates.
• Maintain co-investment tracker and monitor investor interest for allocation.
• Create materials conveying PE strategy, differentiation, and performance to investors.
• Handle RFIs, RFPs, DDQs, NDAs, and ad hoc investor requests.
• Populate data room with updated marketing materials and data-driven analyses.
• Collaborate to ensure consistency and quality of investor-facing materials.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects to grow the Private Equity platform.
