Job summary

Triunity Software, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with deep P&C insurance expertise to support Personal Lines initiatives in the Tampa area.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with senior leaders on state-by-state product rollouts, creating architecture diagrams, BRDs and use cases, and ensuring timely delivery in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in P&C insurance, Personal Lines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating product rollouts across states and documenting processes.

Responsibilities

• Very strong Insurance background and P&C Personal Lines knowledge.
• Coordinate with business leaders on new state product rollouts, document flows and processes.
• Research, recommend and document new products and workflows for technical/business solutions.
• Work in Agile environments and support PE11 implementation.
• Engage with business heads and sponsors on state expansion discussions.
• Prepare Architecture Design Documents, BRD, FRD, Use-Case, BPMN and other diagrams.
• Coordinate with Underwriters and business teams for standard and non-standard business.
• Report progress, risks, and mitigations to senior management.

Title: Business Analyst with P&C Insurance

Responsibilities:

1. Very strong Insurance background and knowledge of P&C insurance – Personal Lines.
2. Very good communication skills
3. Experience in coordinating with different business leaders on products rolled out to new states, apart from research, recommendations and document new products, context flows, processes, workflows and procedures to provide technical, analytical, and business solutions for business partners
4. Experienced in working on Agile methodology and ability to understand and articulate the complexities involved in PE11 implementation
5. Experience in having conversations with Business heads/sponsors, involving in key decision discussions related to state expansion
6. Coordinate with larger teams in preparing Architecture Design Document/System Diagram, Business Requirement Documents, Functional/Non-Functional Requirement Documents, Use-Case, Business Process Diagrams, Activity diagrams, Document of Understanding, Knowledge Transition Document.
7. Experience in coordinating with Underwriters and Business team for Standard and Non-Standard business
