Responsibilities:

Call clients to set appointments with those interested in various life insurance products.

Analyze and assess life insurance needs for clients in home or virtually.

Work with over 30A-Rated carriers to tailor each client's experience.

Foster relationships with clients to maintain a high level of client retention and professionalism.

Qualifications and Requirements:

We are looking specifically for licensed agents, however if you are serious about pursuing this career and are the right fit, we will be happy to get you a discount for your exam preparation course!

Previous experience in insurance, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred

Basic computer skills are a must - all applications are filled out electronically

Enthusiastic positive attitude. You must be able to thrive in a competitive environment and not be easily discouraged.

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Disciplined and consistent while also being coachable.

High integrity and ethical standards.

Experience:

Sales Experience: 2 years (preferred) License / Certification

Life / Health Insurance License (preferred)

Work location: REMOTE Anywhere in the U.S.A.

No agent's success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you out in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
