InterWest Insurance Services is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our Brokers team in Sacramento. You’ll identify new business, tailor insurance solutions, and build lasting client relationships.

Starting base compensation ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, with earned commissions. We offer ongoing training and support to help you grow, with a client-first approach and opportunity to advance in the insurance industry.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma is required.
• Licensing: A Property & Casualty Broker-Agent License and/or Life & Health Broker-Agent License is required. We’ll help you obtain it!
• Requirements: 2+ years’ of successful sales experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to comply with InterWest Insurance Services Auto Usage Policy.
• Nice to have but not required: Experience selling a service or product in Agriculture, Construction, Social Services / Human Services, Financial Services, Sports / Outdoor Recreation.

Responsabilités

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: You'll identify new business opportunities, win new accounts, and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Provide Expert Insurance Solutions: Understand your clients’ needs and tailor insurance solutions that offer them the best protection.
• Prospecting & Networking: Using a variety of marketing strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, you will build a strong pipeline of prospects and maintain a healthy book of business.
• Risk Management & Consulting: Help clients assess their risks and provide expert advice on how to reduce their exposure.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Account Management and other departments to deliver top-notch service and renewals, maintaining strong carrier relationships.
