Job summary

Amwins invites you to join its Brokerage team in Scottsdale as a Brokerage Assistant (internal title: Technical Assistant). This role supports brokers with daily administrative tasks, data entry, and client setup.

We value growth and provide built-in support to advance your knowledge. Two years of insurance experience are preferred, with strong MS 365 and Excel skills and a passion to learn and grow an insurance career.

Qualifications

• 2 years of insurance experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and MS 365.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support brokers with day-to-day administrative tasks for both new and renewal accounts
• Enter and update client information in multiple online systems
• Gather and verify client details, ensuring accuracy across records
• Help with account setup and ongoing servicing
• Set up new accounts and assist with quote and policy processes
• Manage updates and changes to existing accounts (such as document revisions or policy updates)
• Collect and organize information for account renewals (for example, requesting updated reports and preparing renewal communications for agents)
