Our agents operate as independent brokers with full flexibility and control over their schedules. Whether part-time or full-time, agents are equipped with proprietary tools, training, and technology—including a digital CRM, mobile app, and lead generation systems that integrate directly with our platform.

Leads are provided through direct mail, digital inquiries, and call-in requests—so there is no cold calling or pressure to chase uninterested prospects. Instead, agents focus on serving real families who are actively looking for protection.

Core Responsibilities & How We Support You

Consult with families who have requested information and identify the best coverage for their needs

Pre-qualified, compliance-approved leads (no cold calling)

Explain policy options, gather applications, and submit them to the appropriate carrier

Digital CRM + mobile app to manage every step

Follow up with carriers and clients during underwriting

Dedicated case managers and mentoring

Deliver outstanding client service and maintain thorough, accurate records

Ongoing product & sales training at no cost

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Ability to obtain (or currently hold) a state Life & Health license – we’ll guide qualified candidates through the process.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-discipline to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule.
  • U.S. work authorization. No degree or prior insurance experience required.
  • Internet Service

Compensation & Earnings Potential

  • Commission-only (paid directly by the carrier). No base salary.
  • Standard starting rate ≈ 80 % of annualized premium ; higher tiers available with production all the way to 130%.
  • Earnings are uncapped . Actual results vary by individual effort, skill, and market.
  • Many part-time agents (≈15-20 hrs / month) earn $3 k-$5 k / month .
  • Full-time agents commonly exceed $150 k / year .
  • Advances : 75 % at issue, remaining 25 % at end of first year.
  • Medical and Dental Available
