Job summary

Franklin General Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Clerk to join our Business Office. This full-time role (36 hours/week) offers a stable schedule with days and holidays off while handling billing and insurance claim investigations.

The Insurance Clerk will pursue unpaid claims, communicate with insurers, maintain records, and support a collaborative team dedicated to accurate billing and patient service in our rural health setting.
