What Your Day Looks Like

  • Communicating between clients and the firm to ensure engagement objectives are met.
  • Overseeing firm objectives and managing resources to meet goals.
  • Providing guidance to identify and respond to engagement risks.
  • Mentoring associates and providing performance feedback.
  • Resolving complex audit and accounting issues.
  • Reviewing financial reports and ensuring timely client deliverables.
  • Updating engagement partners on project status and client issues.
  • Developing technical specialization and serving as a technical consultant.
  • Building trusted client relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded services.
  • Fostering long-term business development through outside relationships.

What You Need For This Role

Ideal candidates demonstrate passion for client service, integrity, project management, and leadership. A sense of urgency is essential in our fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project management, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Insurance audits.
  • Ability to lead and develop associates.
  • 5+ years in public accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.
  • CPA certification and active license required.
