What Your Day Looks Like

• Communicating with clients and the firm to ensure engagement objectives are met.
• Overseeing engagement economics and managing resources to meet goals.
• Providing guidance to identify and respond to engagement risks, including audit steps.
• Mentoring associates with on-site reviews and performance feedback.
• Facilitating resolutions on complex audit and accounting issues.
• Reviewing financial reports and ensuring timely client deliverables.
• Updating the engagement partner on progress and involving them in client issue resolutions.
• Developing technical expertise and serving as a technical consultant.
• Building trusted client relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded services.
• Fostering professional relationships to support long-term business development.

What You Need For This Role

We seek a candidate passionate about client service, integrity, project management, and leadership. A sense of urgency is essential in our fast-paced environment.

• Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with Insurance audits.
• Ability to lead and develop A&A associates.
• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.
• CPA certification and active license are required.

Salary range: $91,200 - $164,200. Salaries depend on experience, education, skills, and location.
