What Your Day Looks Like

• Communicating with clients and the firm to meet engagement objectives.
• Overseeing engagement economics and managing resources.
• Guiding and identifying risks, with appropriate responses.
• Mentoring associates through reviews and feedback.
• Resolving complex audit and accounting issues.
• Reviewing financial reports and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Updating the engagement partner and resolving client issues.
• Developing technical expertise and serving as a consultant.
• Building long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

What You Need For This Role

• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Insurance audits.
• Ability to lead and develop associates.
• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Bachelor's in accounting; Master’s preferred.
• CPA certification and active license.
