What Your Day Looks Like

• Communicating between clients and the firm to ensure engagement objectives are met.
• Overseeing engagement economics and managing resources to meet firm objectives.
• Providing guidance to identify and respond to engagement risks.
• Mentoring associates through reviews and feedback.
• Facilitating resolutions on complex audit and accounting issues.
• Reviewing financial reports and ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables.
• Updating the engagement partner on project status and resolving client issues.
• Developing technical specialization and serving as a technical consultant.
• Building trusted client relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded services.
• Fostering external relationships for long-term business development.

What You Need For This Role

Ideal candidates will have a passion for client service, integrity, project management, and leadership. A sense of urgency is essential in our fast-paced environment.

• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Insurance audits.
• Ability to lead and develop A&A associates.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.
• CPA certification and active license are required.

Cherry Bekaert offers competitive salaries based on experience and a high-quality benefits package, including bonuses, health coverage, retirement plans, and more. The salary range for this role is $91,200 to $164,200. Candidates must demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S. as Cherry Bekaert does not sponsor work visas.
