Insurance Audit Manager - Louisville, KY (Remote)

Cherry Bekaert is seeking an Insurance Audit Manager to support our Louisville practice. With over 75 years of experience in Accounting and Advisory services, we value integrity, excellence, and mutual respect. If you share these values, we invite you to grow your career with us.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively between clients and the firm to meet engagement objectives.
  • Oversee engagement economics and manage resources to achieve goals.
  • Provide guidance to identify risks and implement appropriate audit responses.
  • Mentor associates through reviews and performance feedback.
  • Resolve complex audit and accounting issues.
  • Review financial reporting and ensure timely client deliverables.
  • Update engagement partners on status and involve them in client issue resolutions.
  • Develop technical specializations and serve as a technical consultant.
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded services.
Qualifications
  • Passion for client service, integrity, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Insurance audits.
  • Proven leadership in developing associates.
  • 5+ years in public accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.
  • CPA certification and active license.

The salary range is $91,200 to $164,200, based on experience and qualifications. We provide a benefits package including bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and more.
