Cherry Bekaert is seeking a dedicated Insurance Audit Manager to join our Louisville practice. With over 75 years of experience, we pride ourselves on integrity, excellence, and mutual respect.

Responsibilities

1. Communicate effectively with clients and the firm to meet engagement objectives.
2. Manage engagement economics and firm resources to achieve goals.
3. Guide the team to identify and respond to engagement risks.
4. Mentor associates through reviews and feedback.
5. Resolve complex audit and accounting issues.
6. Review financial reports and ensure timely client deliverables.
7. Provide status updates to engagement partners and involve them in client issue resolutions.
8. Develop technical specialization areas and serve as a technical consultant.
9. Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded services.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and development skills in public accounting.
• Experience with insurance audits.
• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.
• CPA certification and active license.

Additional Details

Salary range: $91,200 - $164,200. Benefits include bonus, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. as Cherry Bekaert does not sponsor work visas.
