Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively between clients and the firm to meet engagement objectives.
• Manage firm resources and oversee engagement economics to achieve goals.
• Provide guidance on engagement risks and audit procedures.
• Mentor and review associates' work, providing feedback and development support.
• Resolve complex audit and accounting issues.
• Review financial reports and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
• Update engagement partners on project status and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop technical specialization areas and serve as an internal/external technical resource.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and identify opportunities for expanded services.
• Foster long-term professional relationships for business development.

Qualifications

• Passion for client service, integrity, project management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with insurance audits.
• Proven leadership and development ability with A&A associates.
• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master's preferred.
• CPA certification and active license required.

Additional Details

Salary range: $91,200 - $164,200. Salary depends on experience, education, and location. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not sponsor work visas. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
