TD Bank Group is seeking an Audit Manager II to oversee complex audits for multiple business groups. You will manage relationships with business lines and regulatory requirements, delivering audit analysis, reporting, and strategic guidance.

You should bring 7+ years of experience, CPA preferred, and strong leadership to partner with senior management and external auditors to improve efficiency and governance across the bank.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with undergraduate degree.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of business processes, risk, change and project methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple business lines.

Responsabilités

• Act as a specialized resource on audits to provide subject matter expertise for planning, risk assessment and execution of audits with a high degree of complexity.
• Lead programs to contribute to the strategic direction of the audit.
• Plan and lead audit activities across multiple areas and follow up on findings.
• Lead ongoing audit communications and reporting with client, senior management and external auditors.
• Guide the team in design, testing and implementation of complex audit initiatives.
• Identify and resolve key issues and report non-standard issues to stakeholders.
• Keep current on regulatory requirements and present opportunities for improvement to senior management.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
