TD Bank is seeking an Audit Manager II to guide planning, risk assessment, and execution of complex audits in our New York office. This role leads audit engagements and aligns work with enterprise risk frameworks while supporting the broader audit strategy.

Ideal candidates bring extensive technology audit experience, strong project management, and excellent communication with control owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Technology audit experience with hands-on execution and issue validation.
• Experience in cybersecurity, information security, IAM, governance, and DR/biz resiliency.
• Auditor-in-Charge or project leadership experience with delegation and review responsibilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for control owners and auditees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or supervise complex audits to completion.
• Develop Audit Planning Memorandum (APM), Process Risk and Control Matrix (pRCM), Findings Grid and Audit Report.
• Oversee ongoing audit communications with stakeholders and senior management.
• Support design and testing of solutions and drive implementation efforts across functions.
