Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed/appointed in all states where support work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Handle sensitive member communications and respond to inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Facilitate and co-present insurance seminars/workshops as needed.
• Assist in business planning and marketing efforts for the practice.
• Counsel members on insurance products and policies for purchase.
• Open and complete insurance product applications.
• Gather member financial information for fixed insurance and health product sales.
• Explain coverage, analyze policies, and provide recommendations.
• Issue certificates, endorsements, binders, or contracts.
• Assist advisors in client meetings and follow-up.
• Collaborate on product changes and member services.
• Support direct-mail and fraternal marketing activities.
