Amwins in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Associate Broker to support submission reviews, market selections, and coverage proposals. You will build relationships with agencies and underwriters, handle endorsements, and address issues to ensure timely resolutions for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Wholesale insurance experience preferred.
• Current P&C license is required.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Review submission information required to issue quotes.
• Analyze submissions and provide market selection.
• Determine coverage needs and develop proposals.
• Review inspection recommendations and discrepancies.
• Develop relationships with agency and underwriter partners.
• Respond to calls and requests, providing resolution.
• Supervise endorsement requests and related underwriting information.
• Monitor reports for consistency.
• Other duties as assigned.
