The Juris Agency in Salina, KS is seeking an enthusiastic insurance professional to join our community-focused team. You will build genuine connections, tailor insurance portfolios for families and businesses, and follow up with potential clients to guide them to the right coverage.

Ideal candidates hold Kansas Property and Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or can obtain them before starting), have strong people skills, and are comfortable with basic office software.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Active Kansas Life and Health Insurance License.
• Or the ability to get licensed before starting in the position.
• Prior experience working in an office environment.
• Excellent conversational skills and a natural ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with our community members to understand their insurance needs.
• Create customized insurance portfolios that provide real protection for families and businesses.
• Follow up with potential clients who reach out to our office for guidance.
• Process policy updates and help clients navigate changes to their current coverage.
• Maintain organized records and handle administrative details to ensure every client gets timely service.
• Collaborate with the agency owner to reach our shared goals for growth and client satisfaction.
