Horace Mann in the United States invites you to join as an Exclusive Agent, owning a defined territory with no overlap and the autonomy to build your own business while helping educators protect their financial futures.

You will enjoy competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation with an industry-leading 48-month incentive, plus earning incentives and quarterly production rewards during the first four years, supported by a dedicated service representative and modern technology.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
