Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Agent to help educators access affordable insurance and financial solutions while growing their own agency.

You will own an agency with a defined territory, operate a client-focused business, and leverage Horace Mann’s portfolio and technology to build lasting relationships. A strong sales ethic and licensure are preferred.

This independent contractor role offers performance-based pay, incentives, and dedicated support to help you scale your business.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and business development skills to establish and grow your agency.
• Experience in the insurance/financial services industry is preferred (2–5 years).
• Licenses required: Life & Health, Property & Casualty (and FINRA Series 6 & 63 where applicable).

Responsabilidades

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
