Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Oregon to help educators secure affordable insurance solutions while growing a personal agency network. You will operate with autonomy and leverage Horace Mann's resources to serve clients effectively.

This role offers 1099 compensation with performance-based incentives, a 48-month incentive package, quarterly rewards, a dedicated service representative, exclusive territory, and access to cutting-edge technology and a multiline product

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses.
• Life and Health Insurance License.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).
