Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Insurance Agent to build an independent agency with 1099 compensation and an exclusive territory for educators. You will leverage a complete multiline product portfolio, cutting-edge technology, and a dedicated service representative to scale your business without holding a corporate office for the first two years.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in insurance/financial services, Life & Health licenses, and may pursue FINRA licenses where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Licenses/licenses to be obtained: Life & Health, Property & Casualty (if applicable).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)

• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License

• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
