Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to build and own a local agency within a protected territory. You will earn competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation and a strong 48-month incentive package while leveraging cutting-edge technology and a comprehensive product portfolio.

Dedicated service support, quarterly incentives for early years, and market-building programs empower you to grow your network with educators and clients. No external office needed for the first 2 years.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry preferred.
• Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty; FINRA Series 6 & 63 where applicable.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency


• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)


• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
